Thank you – the Sunday School received a letter of thanks from Lutheran Heritage Foundation for the $215.00 sent to them in June. The money will enable LHF to publish 43 religious books in the Haitian and French Creole languages

Help Urgently Needed: The Altar Guild is in urgent need of new members. We are currently operating with a total of 7 ladies to cover the entire year. Won’t you please consider serving in this rewarding capacity? All new members will be fully trained by an experienced Altar Guild member. This invitation is open to both men and women members of the congregation. If you are interested or would like more information, please speak with Pastor Thomas or Julie Foote. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Birthday Box – If you have a July birthday, you are encouraged to thank God for your life by donating $.10 or more for each year of life you’ve been given. Box is in the back – look for the red bow.

Save the Dates – (1) August 17th – Voters Meeting; (2) August 24th - Church Picnic in Firemen’s Park. More info to come regarding both events.

Share Your Blessings – Aaron Thomas will be attending Concordia, Irvine this fall to become a Lutheran School Teacher. As you know, college is very expensive.
If anyone is willing to contribute, please give him cash or a personal check. Do not put money in the offering plate or write a check to the church for him. If you are only able to help once or twice, that would be great. However, we are praying that, if possible, you make a commitment to help until he graduates.
Anytime between now and August 3rd, he would greatly appreciate whatever amount you are able to give.
God Bless! s/Dan Howard, President

Position of Co-Secretary  is still open. If you are interested in working in the church office, please contact Pastor Thomas or Dan Howard.
