Stewardship Notes: Matthew 21:43 – “Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits.” The Pharisees were not bearing fruit. Though they were faithful to the letter to the letter of the Law in keeping the Sabbath, tithing and all the rest, they neglected the heart of God’s will. The grace of God belongs at the center. Our giving and all our other good works flow forth from receiving God’s grace and living in that grace on a daily basis.

Harvest Party – October 24th – 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Fun for the whole family. More info next week.
School Supplies –We have two members who are teachers who could use some items in their classrooms. If you can help, take a yellow list on the back pew. Donation boxes are in the kitchen. Deadline is October 11th. Thanks for helping!
